Effect

General

Barbed Web deals damage and has an increased critical hit ratio. It also applies the effect of Sticky Web to the opponents side of the Field, reducing the Speed stat of every grounded Pokémon sent in on that side of the Field by one stage. Barbed Web targets all adjacent opponents.

Field Interactions

Forest Field doubles Sticky Webs and as such Barbed Web's speed dropping effect.
